Benjamin A. Riehle received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona in 2011. In May of 2014 Ben graduated from the University Of Arizona College Of Law, where he specialized in business formation/organization and tax law. He has over 9 years of real estate investing experience. Since 2009, Ben has been personally involved in over 40 real estate transactions, including 18 flips and 22 long term investment holds. His involvement has included locating the properties, managing construction crews, collaborating with agents, dealing with the city planning office, and property management. Ben uses conventional and unconventional methods to locate real estate deals, and possesses the creativity and experience to close deals most would consider unfeasible. His experience allows him to take deals that appear to be unprofitable on their surface and structure them into highly profitable investments.

Recognizing early on in his real estate career the demand for a vertically integrated real estate investments platform, Ben set out to build a one-stop real estate investment option. The goal was simple - a team orientated company designed to cater to real estate investors specific needs, maximizing returns and minimized required investor involvement.

Ben partnered with Habitation Reality in 2013 and combined the strength of the brokerage with his construction company, D.R. Construction. This combination has created a one stop real estate investment option for investors.
